Bathe Alone is the Dream Pop one-woman solo project of multi-instrumentalist Bailey Crone based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Bailey plays everything on the project from drums, guitar, bass, to vocals and aims to create songs you can "lay on the floor and stare at the ceiling to."
After the release of her first two LP's Ecstasy and The Little Things (exclusively on SoundCloud), which were inspired by and drew comparisons to instrumentation of Tycho, Lorde, and The xx, Bathe Alone has taken almost four years to create and recenter for her first commercially released album Last Looks, coming this 2020.
Last Looks will consist of a sonic aesthetic she's more proud of than ever. The dreamy and immersive single The Silence has made a statement in preparation for the upcoming album; Bathe Alone is looking to create moods.
Bathe Alone most noticeably draws from acts like Beach House, Washed Out, and Ruby Haunt in her recent works, yet keeps her signature guitar tone floating through shimmery waves of reverb and delay in an attempt to submerge us all in her moods.
